Eliza And The Bear-It Gets Cold

I haven't posted for so long that I got crazy without LOMW. Since the last time, many things have happened! Christmas, New Year, I travelled in Istanbul and I discovered new music from around the world! I missed you, all the music-lovers and today I'm coming back with a whole new band! Eliza and the Bear have been only formed back in 2011. They are from London and their album is very promising. They have what every indie band should have: Joyful music and great lyrics. Their brand new single "It Gets Cold" got published on 5th of January and here you can watch it and read the lyrics! From the bottom of my heart, I wish to each of you happy and melodic 2014! Enjoy the good music on LOMW and like our official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/lyricsonmywall

Eliza And The Bear-It Gets Cold

I've been wearing these clothes on my back since I grew old
When outside my window lay thousands of stones
I can't take any one of the home 'cause I got to leave this all behind
I've been walking the floors of this house, its secret call
The creaking doors, the windows and walls
And I can't swim through river's flow 'cause I got too much water to fight

IT GETS COLD in the night
I'm on my way, I'm on my way back home
IT GETS COLD in the night
I'm on my way, I'm on my way back home
To the places I already know

When I crashed out my boat and it sank into the sea
The waters filled it, they surrounded me
I'm spinning in circles and I can't see 'cause my God, it gets cold tonight

IT GETS COLD in the night
I'm on my way, I'm on my way back home
IT GETS COLD in the night
I'm on my way, I'm on my way back home
To the places I already know

My God, it gets cold in the night
I kept walking till I found some light
My God, it gets cold in the night
I kept walking till I found some light

My God, it gets cold in the night
I kept walking till I found some light

    Isn't it:
"And I can't swim through a river that don't flow 'cause I got too much water to fight".
